I call this type of thinking “TOILET BOWL THINKING” because it can make your mind feel like it is spinning and spinning. It is draining and leads to crappy results…(Pun intended).
How “Toilet Bowl Thinking” Starts
Here is how it starts—take note if this sounds familiar. You’re unhappy in your current career and have an idea or vision for something better. GREAT! Then, doubt creeps in. You start thinking, re-thinking, and over-thinking. You ask others what they think, and soon your mind is spinning with too many opinions. You stop before you start because of the LIE that it’s too risky, or that you’re not worth the risk.
