Look at what you think about success and what you believe you need to be successful: a degree, a wad of cash, better teeth, better hair, a family that stands behind you. Then look at the evidence, you know the reality: Donald Trump, the hair -not working. Well not in my book. Michael Dell, Richard Branson, Rachel Ray and Jane Austen never finished college. Nelson Mandela, George Washington Carver, Ingrid Bergman were parentless at some time.

So, what is the difference….Why were these folks leaders, and you are dreading the next year?

So, what is the difference? At some point each of these people made choices, choices based on things that were very important to them, things they valued.

Here is something that no one ever talks about…. they let go of the things that held them back, like the word failure.
